Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at stitchedbysukie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping fee including insurance. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items, sale items or gift cards. 

Refunds
Once your item(s) is received and inspected you will be notified if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 (will vary by bank) business days for your bank to process refund.
