This is a deposit that goes towards your final invoice. Deposits are NON-Refundable. Please read through thoroughly to understand how getting a custom product made from us works: 

- Once you place your deposit you will receive an email from Stitched by Sukie to set up a call. (Zoom is preferred) 
- On our call we will discuss your ideas. Please use this time to be as detailed as possible. 
- Once a draft has been made for you with all the details we discussed. You will receive an email for your approval. 
- An invoice is then sent via PayPal. You have 72 hours to pay your invoice. 
- Your custom order will not be started until your invoice is paid in full. 
- Orders take up to 3 weeks to process. Please remember Items are Handmade and take time to craft. 
- Communication will only be sent once your bag is completed before shipping. 
-Please do not expect daily or weekly updates on your product. 

Shipping & Returns

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, you can request a refund by contacting our customer service team within a specified time frame. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage. Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
